Return & Refund Policy – JW Studio21

At JW Studio21, we take great pride in handcrafting each Happy Pets Line collar with love and care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns

✅ Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized collars cannot be returned unless defective.

✅ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

✔ Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

🔄 We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping, but we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

💡 If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos, and we will gladly replace or refund the item.
